Before initiating a refund claim, customers must first contact our support team for assistance. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. As our products are digital in nature, we adhere to relevant policies for such products.

Refund Eligibility A refund can be requested within 10 days of purchase. RedM Store will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the following criteria:

  1. The digital product is not functioning as advertised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  2. The purchased item is damaged, malfunctioning, or missing key features as described on the sales page.

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. If a refund request is related to a support renewal within the first 30 days, please contact our support team to process the refund.

Conditions for New Purchases (Not Renewals) To be eligible for a refund, you must fulfill ALL the following conditions:

  1. The refund request is made within 10 days of purchase.
  2. You have attempted to resolve the issue(s) with our support team.
  3. No refunds will be granted after the first 10 days of the original purchase.
  4. Issues arising from third-party scripts, servers, or software do not warrant a refund.
  5. Issues related to VPS are ineligible for a refund as they depend on the hosting service.

Please note that there is a distinction between a broken item and receiving an error message or having difficulty configuring the product. Error messages often stem from improper setup, hosting issues, server configurations, or missing files that cause the item to malfunction.

Prior to Requesting a Refund from RedM Store:

  1. Review the extensive documentation related to the purchased item.
  2. Verify that your server meets the product’s specified requirements.
  3. Open a new support ticket with our team if you still face issues after completing the above steps.

We understand the potential for abuse with digital goods refund policies and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that our policy is being exploited.
